Our Process

When we receive a call or email, we go through the following steps to provide help:

  1. Introduction and information gathering. We want to know who you are, what needs to be done, etc.
  2. Scope the issue. We review the information we have, and put together an estimate of what services are needed (including timeline and cost).
  3. Collect payment information. Assuming this wasn't a quick question that was already answered.
  4. Collect login info. We may need access to your server or WordPress install to provide assistance.
  5. Perform work. We get things done as quickly as possible for you.
  6. Notification. We let you know via email or phone when things are all set.

That's it! We try to make it as easy as possible - and are always open to suggestions on how to improve the customer experience we provide.


While we strive to answer every question and solve every problem that comes our way, there are times that will require research before we can provide accurate answers. Technical limitations with a particular server host and/or theme or plugin may prevent us from making some requested changes.
